Even though our data lives in the cloud, things can occasionally go wrong. Having an understanding of where and how to get help and support is very important, so in this weeks video I take a look at all the support, health and reporting features within Microsoft 365. Also don't forget that many of these tools are available both in the Microsoft 365 Admin portal but also with the app that you download for both the iPhone and Android devices.
